NTSB investigators say they’re looking into a number of potential factors that led to the tragic news helicopter crash in Los Angeles that claimed three lives, including two NBC News colleagues. The agency is looking at the chopper’s maintenance records, studying dashcam video that shows the moment the chopper fell out of the air, and are asking for eyewitnesses to come forward. NBC’s Steve Patterson reports for TODAY.
