Officials are issuing warnings from Louisiana to Florida and preparations are underway after Tropical Storm Isaias strengthened into a hurricane and targets the Gulf Coast. Nearly a foot of rain, a dangerous storm surge and potential tornadoes are possible throughout the weekend. TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the forecast.
